Brewed in honor of a Marine veteran, husband, father, and one hell of a good man who gives more than he takes and always looks out for the people around him. Uncle Boy loves his family fiercely—and there’s nothing he enjoys more than throwing back a cold beer with the people he loves. The name “Boy” goes way back. As a kid, his family was always calling out, “BOY!” and somehow, the nickname stuck for life. Today, he’s simply Uncle Boy, and the name has become part of who he is and the memories we share. This traditional Helles is brewed with 100% German barley and a single decoction mash, gently hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, and cold-fermented with our house lager yeast.
